Very efficient, quick and service writer kept me informed on progress of service and explained what was done and any thing I needed to be aware of.
Great people at Beyer's company, although the service is pricey. I question the reliance on CARMAX to schedule service appointments. In the last instance, they called for tire rotation on a car with less than 3,000 miles.
I love taking my car here! These folks know customer service, they know Kia, and they sincerely want to help. The car was fixed on time, clean and waiting for me. What more can you ask for!
They got teh EV6 that I wanted and they are conveniently located. No hard sell at all. Not an unreasonable amount over MSR consider ing teh early 2023 market.
Oliver was fantastic, great customer service, friendly and quick to do any repairs necessary. He also helped us by recommending a rental car location near by.
