Im very happy with getting my car serviced at Don Beyer. They take it as soon as I arrive for my appointment and finish as quickly as possible if I am waiting on the car. They have a comfortable waiting area with beverages.

They picked up my car from my house and dropped off a loaner vehicle even though I hadn't requested one (I was working from home that day). That ended out working out well because they didn't have staff to drop my car that evening. But they let me keep the loaner the next day so I could get to work and back and brought my car back the following day. I understand things happen but I appreciated that they were flexible.
