Beyer has provided exceptional service to my VW, and I have never been disappointed after picking up my vehicle from their service department. Also, receiving by the hour updates to what has been done to my car (e.g.: Beyer provides detailed information with pictures, explaining the source of the problem before they begin any repairs) has allowed me, the customer, to feel confident that Beyer's mechanical decisions are always the best choice in the market.
