Too expensive !!!!! They wanted $80 for an interior air filter..... I bought it online for $18.

More often than not, going to the Beyer VW Dealership is the right thing to do. My TDI had an inherent intake flaw which allowed water to freeze, in effect, causing a vapor lock which kept the engine from starting in freezing weather. Beyer diagnosed the problem and fixed the flaw, under warranty. Sadly, I had burned up the starter in the process. But I really don't think that the average repair facility would have known of the issue. My "hat's off" to Beyer VW.

The VW Dealership performed service on my vehicle. They did an excellent job, and the staff were very friendly and respectful. Of course when you are paying well over $500 for scheduled maintenance work, you should expect to be treated well. None the less, Beyer VW continues to provide reliable service for VW owners as the need arrises. Just don't expect many "special discounts" when you pay your bill.

Top notch service from beginning to end. At first I thought my repair quote was outrageous and got a second estimate after my first estimate shocker! Ouch! It turned out to be almost the same but Don Beyer Volvo offered additional services to complete my repairs and also provided me with a loaner! For what I would have paid elsewhere. Yes, I would recommend Don Beyer Volvo. Thank you! I thought my XC60 was awesome before but she's not only awesome, she purrs now.
