2019 Volvo S90 T5 AWD with 5,xxx miles on the OD - Came in for a Polestar Engineered Performance Upgrade & Scheduled Factory Maintenance. Pros: Craig took care of everything that needed to be done and I was promptly billed. Q&A dialog between the service advisor and vehicle owner was satisfactory. New show room boasting a total of 3 vehicles, with an extremely limited boutique shelf stocked with crayons and coloring things for kids. Good experience, no issues. We live in rural Maryland, which makes buying a luxury car an all day event with as much fact-finding and negotiating as possible, before we even visit the dealership. Koffi was very responsive, and we decided to drive a 2020 S60 loaner. Unfortunately, despite all our coordination, the car was not available when we were. One Saturday morning I called to make an appointment for an oil change. It was 8 am when I p laced the call and by 8:45 am they were working on my car. Also, they managed to have my car back to me by 10:30 am as promised and had cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Sean Skelty provided excellent service with a smile.

Alexander was literally the best car salesman that I have ever worked with (I have owned 7 cars, and have experienced many, many more dealerships than I care to remember). He actually took time to explain the features of the car and did not try to push us into something that we didn't want/need. Positive experience Left my 2016 XC70 for 50K mile service on 2-2-20; Processing was fast and efficient. Service Advisor Sean Kelty was well informed and very professional. Servicing was thorough and seemed reasonably priced.
My new car buying experience was outstanding Having driven first an XC90 and then an XC60 for over a decade, I came back to Don Beyer Falls Church for a newer XC60. Good customer service Mr. Mike was very professional the whole time, i was at the dealership and when he called me at home. He made it a priority to respect my work schedule since i work on night shift. He also mailed my old tags to me, that wasn't picked on the day of car purchase. Mr. Hakeem also did good, he made it his priority to go and get the other car, i wanted after changing my mind from the first one picked.
