The waiting room experience is clean and calm. They have prioritized customer satisfaction here. Always met with a smile and speedy processing. They're happy to help take the time to explain their work though which is much appreciated.
I have been working with Don Beyer Service for 8 years now and have never been disappointed. I have 2 Volvos now and only take them to Volvo to maintain them. Both were purchased used from Beyer and both are in excellent shape. The location is convenient, a loaner car is always available, service is done with care and competence. If I wait, the waiting area is clean, fresh coffee provided. My questions and concerns always addressed and answered. I appreciate that Volvo always wants to do its best for me.
I have worked with Yousef on two new cars at this point. Both times, he has gone out of his way to serve us. He has searched for the right vehicle, helped with option selection, and saved us as much money as possible. He is always available for questions and takes extra care and time to train us on new aspects of the car, including when we bring back for service and parts.
