Long distance but that went well! I purchased a beautiful xc90 here and Nam Cho was wonderful. He was much more delightful and helpful than most car salesman. They picked me up from the airport, had my car clean and ready and all of the paper work ready to be signed upon my arrival. I was in and out in less than an hour and I’m in love with my new car! Great service. Committed associates. A well known national oil change chain destroyed my engine with a faulty "fuel induction". Sherwin at Don Beyer Volvo did a great job of making sure that the new engine was working properly as well as investigating and fixing any other damage that had been done to the vehicle as a result of the induction. Great customer service We ordered a XC90 and interacted with Yousef. He was very patient while we did our research and helped us through our decision making process. He gave us a very competitive offer and we felt he was always very honest with us. We will happily buy from him again.
Spur of the Moment. Service Took me in on a spur of the moment oil change and heater check.. Excellent service provided. Professional support by all representatives. and my Technician, Will Hurtt. Strongly recommend that heater check go beyond turning on the heater fan and turning up the heater controls to gauge heater performance.
