Desperate times = Desperate measures!! Grateful and thankful for their services, very understandable with circumstances eg. Payment amounts changed when needed, no issues when changing payment frequency at any time. Always helpful. No extra fees for paying extra amounts when needed (only processing fee which I was already aware of before signing contract at the beginning of period), including when I paid it off in big lump sum. Thank you for literally making things less stressful!
