DCS staff from day one have been compassionate, professional, helpful and easy to talk to. DCS saved us from bankruptcy and allowed us to get out of debt permanently. DCS are life savers!
Always prompt and helpful replies to emails. Easy to deal with, polite and eager to help. Although I would suggest researching the effects going into a debt agreement will have on your credit file (wish I did first) - but DCS as a whole was a good experience
