Went out of their way when things got hard for me and managed to renegotiate for me even though the debtors were reluctant
DCS staff were always available to discuss alternative way to assist me when I had problems with making repayments due to unemployment. They were always helpful and when offering assistance were empathetic, which put me at ease.
DCS were great at communication and always provided friendly and helpful service. I was treated with respect and compassion.

The customer service side of things was great, but I entered into the agreement when I was quite young & I feel like they should’ve encouraged me NOT to. 5 years is a lot longer than you think & circumstances can change, especially for a client at a young age. I still have 1 and half years to go & it’s not ideal being black listed at such a young age.

Having somebody understanding of mine and my husbands financial situation and not being scared to talk to DCS if there was an issue financially
I am extremely happy with their service. On a number of times I had to stop payments coming out due to various reasons and they were always understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know going through the same thing
