Amazing very helpful to get us back on track and debt free
They are great if you have a problem with a payment you just had to ring and they would help you, they are always perlite and considerate of your situation.
From the beginning to the end they we're kind and helpful. Even when I had debt collectors still calling me they made sure to get that stopped. Anytime I had an issue making a repayment they we're so flexible and understanding of any situation which made life so much easier. If I ever know of anyone in a similar situation as to what I was. DCS group will definitely be recommended. Thank you for helping me now be completely debt free!
Went out of their way when things got hard for me and managed to renegotiate for me even though the debtors were reluctant
DCS staff were always available to discuss alternative way to assist me when I had problems with making repayments due to unemployment. They were always helpful and when offering assistance were empathetic, which put me at ease.
DCS were great at communication and always provided friendly and helpful service. I was treated with respect and compassion.

The customer service side of things was great, but I entered into the agreement when I was quite young & I feel like they should’ve encouraged me NOT to. 5 years is a lot longer than you think & circumstances can change, especially for a client at a young age. I still have 1 and half years to go & it’s not ideal being black listed at such a young age.
