I gave this 4 stars because the staff have always been very supportive and helpful, they worked in with me and never made me feel inferior. Their encouragement and their willingness to bend with me in times must this whole experience painless. . From start to finish it went very smoothly . So thankyou for supporting me through my journey. After 5 years l am debt free . Thankyou
Easy to deal with. Very accommodating when I had difficulty with payment
They were always very accommodating during my term of the loan in terms of customer service. One thing I wasn't advised was that even if I complete my loan early that I will have a mark against my credit rating for the whole term of the loan, I feel this shoukd be explained in more detail to your customers when they are about to sign their agreements/'loans with DCS.
They were always helpful, no matter how many times I rang them in a day.
