I rated DCS Group 5 stars because, as I can recall the first day I made that call, I had a wonderful operator that took step by step with getting signed up and underway with clearing my debt in a timely way. Also, the friendly staff kept me up to date with when payments are getting taken out and if any changes were to occur. All I can say now is that I am grateful being debt free and I can finally have that extra $$$ to put aside and save for a holiday. DCS was easy to deal with and made the experience manageable and hassle free. the only thing I would have like to see in my quarterly statement is an itemised account of how the payments where dived to the creditors.
From the first call to the last, they were helpful and understanding. Consumate professionals.
Dcs helped me enormously to get through this rough time. Always easy to talk to. Even when i missed a payment here and there they helped me get back on track.

DCS - They helped me from the start. Every time I spoke with them they were friendly and helpful.
All the staff that I spoke to on the phone where very helpful. They gave me clear information and I was able to get sorted very easily every time I called. When I wanted to make changes I was able to call and it was always “yes we can help with that”. Feels great to have all that debt paid off. Would happily recommend to anyone who was looking to get there debt dealt with.
