The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. The assisted with no prejudice and I didn't feel at any stage of my Part IX journey that I was a lesser person for having to use this service. Thank you for making a stressful time in my life easier to bear & see it through to completion.

I would certainly recommend DCS GROUP to anyone who's finances have become to difficult to fix by themselves. No matter how they arrived at that point, wether by financial hardships and bills, not keeping track of the direct debits coming off a Credit card, or any other way, it leaves one in a stressful state with a huge weight and burden to carry. In the 5 or so years I have dealt with DCS, I have found the service exceptional and nothing was too much trouble dealing with their customer service people. I would certainly recommend DCS to anyone who is in debt problems like I had as they fought tooth and nail to get my Part IX agreement to a successful conclusion and now I feel I can start a new life with no debt hanging over my head. DCS Group really helped with my finances. I had over $20,000 in debt and I was supported in choosing a Debt Consolidation. I was treated with respect always friendly and helpful. At times I suffered with my health and DCS Group helped with negotiating a meantime plan to help me get through the payments. I never felt judged for doing this and there was always genuine empathy.
