I can not fault your help at all. All who I've spoken to over the years have been lovelly. The Gentleman that set my Debt process up was beyond helpful and was very comfortable to talk to. Thankyou to your team!! Your help has been overwhelmingly appreciated throughout the debt term.

I rated DCS Group 5 stars because, as I can recall the first day I made that call, I had a wonderful operator that took step by step with getting signed up and underway with clearing my debt in a timely way. Also, the friendly staff kept me up to date with when payments are getting taken out and if any changes were to occur. All I can say now is that I am grateful being debt free and I can finally have that extra $$$ to put aside and save for a holiday. DCS was easy to deal with and made the experience manageable and hassle free. the only thing I would have like to see in my quarterly statement is an itemised account of how the payments where dived to the creditors.
From the first call to the last, they were helpful and understanding. Consumate professionals.
