From the moment I started my debt agreement arrangement with DCS during when I made enquires regarding increasing my payments and on completion the service was very professional
To be given the opportunity to pay back the roller coaster credit card debt and get back on my feet again I cannot thank DCS more than enough. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. When I could not afford to pay a month it was very easy to ring up and either skip the month or reduce it. Also when my income changed the process of reducing my payments was easy and looked after by DCS.
From the first call, evey call was helpfull. Whenever we needed to defer a payment or extend a payment DCS was happy to help.The only suggestion i have is that the section 9 situation be better explained. Thank you for helping me out of a tight spot,and hopefully you wont hear from me again :)
