The awesome customer service and understanding and the help along the way, helped me get to where I am going. I cant fault DCS in any way.
I found it easy to communicate about payments (frequency of payments, being able to hold of a payment etc). Always helpful when I needed to talk to someone. The only major issue I have is when I signed up I was told once I pay the debt off the agreement is wiped off my credit record. Even if I paid it off early. But that’s not the case. The agreement stays on my record for the full five years regardless of me paying it off early
They were always willing to help, answered emails very quickly, did everything to help make it easy to keep up payments and were incredibly supportive when things were tough in my life and assisted finding solutions.
The people at the DCS Group are wonderful and have helped us out so much i will be forever grateful. We were in a rut and didn't think we would ever be debt free and finally i am and hubby is soon to be. I have recommended them to friends who are having trouble. Thankyou
