I would recommend DCS to anybody, and if I needed to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate. The anxiety of debt impacted on my health, and DCS took 95% of the responsibility and burden into their hands, and helped me profoundly. I'm incredibly thankful.
DCS made it a fairly easy process and were easy to deal with when needed after the agreement in place. Was a weight off my mind and the stress was gone once I entered into manageable fortnightly payments. The only advice I'd give anyone looking to enter into a Part IX agreement is, to make sure you realise that you won't be able to get any credit again (including phone contract) for years to come and it will always be OK your credit history.
