DCS group, your staff were always so patient and understanding and willing to help. 5 yrs is a long time and brings ups and downs and DCS always supported me through each and every stage. My only frustration was that you don't reply to emails and makes it difficult when asking questions and finding out information. Thank you for all your help.

After 5 years finally I completed my loans .DCS was very helpful during this time.At times I straggle but DCS gave me extra time to pay. One think I did not like few occasions i did not have the fans on my due date..and i had to pay up to $14.00 revers transaction..that is a RIP OFF
i have no problem recommending DCS: BEYOND DEPT consiering it was my fault that i ended up in dept in the first place these people helped me out imensley.

Helpful staff, let me ask the ‘stupid’ questions, so I could understand what I was committing to.
I would recommend DCS to anybody, and if I needed to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate. The anxiety of debt impacted on my health, and DCS took 95% of the responsibility and burden into their hands, and helped me profoundly. I'm incredibly thankful.
DCS made it a fairly easy process and were easy to deal with when needed after the agreement in place. Was a weight off my mind and the stress was gone once I entered into manageable fortnightly payments. The only advice I'd give anyone looking to enter into a Part IX agreement is, to make sure you realise that you won't be able to get any credit again (including phone contract) for years to come and it will always be OK your credit history. Staff are very understanding and never made you feel ashamed. I am all finished with them now and back on my feet and about to buy a house. Big thanks to everyone at DCS.
