Everyone that I spoke from the start of my application until the end of my debt agreement was so accomodating. All the details I need was explained well, other queries was answered clearly! Now I am debt free.. 😊

The awesome customer service and understanding and the help along the way, helped me get to where I am going. I cant fault DCS in any way.
I found it easy to communicate about payments (frequency of payments, being able to hold of a payment etc). Always helpful when I needed to talk to someone. The only major issue I have is when I signed up I was told once I pay the debt off the agreement is wiped off my credit record. Even if I paid it off early. But that’s not the case. The agreement stays on my record for the full five years regardless of me paying it off early
