Russell was good at keeping me updated but there was a couple of times when I had no contact and I have not actually been told of the outcome of the latest application. I guess this survey is confirmation that everything has been finalized

Easy to deal with over the phone, all queries are explained in simplified terms. Flexibility when you can't make a scheduled payment, no good times when calling. Application process was explained very well and never felt left in the dark, or like there was no hope. Phone staff seemed interested and cared when I had questions.
Very helpful and understanding. I was made redundant near the end and a guy called Russell was brilliant in helping me deal with it and manage to pay off reminder. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
