DCS provided me with the sense that they are a supportive and engaged company working to assist me to meet my obligations. They were able to answer my inquiries quickly and their customer service staff were friendly and professional. The end of contract was welcomed by me and I'm grateful that the DCS staff made the total contract period easy to deal with.
I find the staff eager to help. I had a couple times where I've needed to reschedule payments and they are so quick for options.
I'd definitely recommend them again, I have beforr and will continue to do so.
It was a very tough 5 years , but DCS helped & supported us throughout , we are very thankful to them for all they did for us .

They solved our debt problems
DCS have always responded within a very short time. When I was having trouble paying they provided me with a break in my payments and adjusted them when I asked so that I was able to pay off my agreement sooner. They were always very understanding and polite and happy to assist.
