They were good but setting everything up was very hard.

The company were very professional, whilst always being supportive and easy to talk to. They were very understanding through the whole process.
I probably could have found a free service but at the time DCS dealt with my creditors and helped me pay my debts with minimal worry on my part. It was a relief to have the stress dealt with by a third party. They were courteous and professional.

Debt mediators helped me get back on track when I was at my lowest. I was suffering anxiety and depression. My husband left and I had to resign from my employment due to illness. DCS staff were so professional and were always there to provide assistance and moral support when required. I would recommend them to any one who needed assistance with finances to get them back on track.
Helpful when I rang always returned my calls when I had queries regarding payments.
