I am sick of giving feedback. For every service I use and everything I buy. Does everyone feel so insecure these days that they need to have their egos stoked with a constant flow of feedback .
It was great that all My bills were consolidated into one with the interest frozen. When I asked before doing it the assured me that I wouldn’t lose or affect my 100% good history of credit that I had never faulted on. 3 years into the payments I then discovered that it was not the case anymore. It was then explained to me that I had signed up for a form of bankruptcy. worst ever , bad advice, lack of communications between my debts and in the end gave me a $8000 bill and a horrid credit rating
oh if there was a 0 stars believe me that would be my rating. you guys are morally corrupt trash to be honest. i never once had the details of this explained to me. i was ripped off and taken advantage of by a disgusting company in my vulnerable moment!!!! absolute trash!!!!!! i don’t even know how this is legal !!!! DO NOT SIGN A DEBT AGREEMENT !!!!
Allow customers to pay through bpay. Would have saved $$’s and wouldn’t have to wait for them to take schedule almost always failed collections
I felt that this solution was pushed through as the only option I had left short of bankruptcy. While they met the legal obligations, it became clear the agenda was to make money from me (quite a bit actually) when I later found out that I could have contacted banks myself and requested stop credit, or reduced balance, without the risk to my credit score. Initial analysis of debt was good and explained things well. That's where things went pear shaped, I recieved correspondence that payments would come out fortnightly, yet payments were coming out weekly, when I contacted them - we don't care what the signed letter you have says, the agreement is for weekly payments so thats whats going to happen. No offer to refund defaults I had been charged, it was just bad luck. Very poor service.
Need to make it a bit more clear just how serious a debt agreement is. If I'd known it'd be on my record for 5 years, I would've just gone bankrupt and saved myself alot of financial stress. I thought I was just consolidating my loans. Can also be a bit rude when a payment has been missed.
improve information to customers about how it will effect their credit rating during and after. I was unable to even get a prepaid internet service due to this debt agreement
