DCS were fantastic, being that i needed a debt agreement whilst in early stages of my pregnancy it was a stressful time and the staff were always helpful and understanding. I could not fault them in any way. Great staff that will help wherever possible always going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

For me they were extremely helpful - explained my options, assisted in getting all the right info and updating me on the progress. From the moment DCS took my case on I never felt hassled or under pressure and the whole process gave me a feeling of relief
From the very beginning the staff of Debt Mediators at Stafford were understanding and very helpful in finding a solution to my financial problems. The only issue was that a financial institution - which held security over my car for a small debt which was not included in the Part 9 agreement - was advised half way through the agreement. They were not advised originally as the Part 9 agreement was specific to unsecured debts.
The service provided and staff dealt with, was all very good. The staff were always pleasant and understanding.

friendly staff always pushing for the best solution to help no matter what the situation. Due to health resons I was unable to work for a period and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging an extension when it was required, at no time was I made to feel like anything was too hard for them, or that I was just a number.
