When I made my first cal to DCS I broke down in tears, and could barely speak. I had always worked hard and felt humiliated at the position I found myself in. DCS were so patient with me and supportive. They guided me through every step and even once my agreement was established the service didn’t change. In one call I went from embarrassed to grateful.
