They were very professional, with no judgement at all. When I asked to skip a payment here and there, and make up for it in the next payment, they were always happy to oblige. They've really saved me.
A good option to remove stress and anxiety. Would be good to have a more accessible user interface. There were a few times I had an unexpected bill come the day before my payment was made, making me pay a default fee, when I had funds available in another account. Would have been nice to be able to edit payment dates, or put through extra payments online easily.
From application through to completion of agreement, staff were very obliging and reassuring. I was very stressed during the approval process when I kept receiving letters in the mail from my creditors with overdue notices (which DCS told me to expect and ignore as part of DCS absorbing my debt and taking over admin) and they were always reassuring despite all my phone calls. Always courteous and made interaction a pleasure. When times were a little tough through covid etc, they made payment adjustment requests a no stress, no problem relief.
