Superb. Really felt supported during the process.
Unfortunately through a business I ended up with some debt. The debt was large enough that I couldn’t pay it off easily. I contacted DCS and they were great. Throughout the 5 years they have been super easy to deal with. Hopefully though I will never have to have dealings with them ever again.
Would like an online app or website to check my balance without waiting for quarterly statements And didn’t realise my last payment was going to be bit less
Above average customer service. Every staff member I spoke to was sincere, efficient and helpful. Information was always clear. DCS gave me chance of a life again. Very grateful. I wish more people knew about DCS
DCS helped me get back to a normal life style, yes I owed a lot of money and was only making interest payments, DCS showed me a better way and now I'm going to have a better life.
The helpline team were easy to access, no long waiting times on hold. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient.
