After inspecting the fixture, he informed me that he did not have the part. He convinced me that I could purchase the part myself, and install it while saving money in the process. I probably saved over $100. Part was available locally, and shower works great.
All four valves were leaking and had to be replaced. The plumber did a leak test after valve replacement to make sure everything was holding properly. He was very professional and thorough.
I was very happy with the replacement of my water heater from the initial call to the installation. Everything was done as I had been told, the personnel that dealt with me were professional and courteous, the quality of the work was great, and care was taken to not damage my house. I will use Bieg again for my next plumbing job.
He had a very difficult time removing the malfunctioning unit. But he got it off and installed the new unit. We can depend upon our plumber from Bieg, Jeff, because he is thorough and shows us how to save money. Moen for example did not charge us to replace the faucet. In addition, when he makes a repair the item remains repaired!
Work was done professionally and expeditiously. Everything was cleaned up after the plumber was done.

Great! It was fixed and in working order. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. My basement is dry again.
Bieg Plumbing fixed the line in one day and repaired the grass that had to be removed, using seed and straw. In a few weeks, you could hardly tell that the ground had been disturbed. There was concern that they would have to dig up my concrete sidewalks, but they were able to make the repair around them. It was wonderful!
