I called friday after noon which I know itwas after 5pm, and this was theonlyprovider whowas able to come out the next morning around 7am the next day. No problems, hewas very efficient, and got the work done and completed within 2-3 hours.
They came out and fixed the problem. They were available when they came out and they fixed it.
It went really well. We had trouble turning the water main off, though my plumbing is quite old. The service went very well and they were actually referred to me by another provider who was unable to perform the service.
I really enjoyed the service I received from David Bieg as there was a problem with the onsite repairman's work. However, I called and asked for him recently only to learn he is no longer with company. The only reason I would use is because of David so I am going elsewhere.
Came out to service a toilet in the half bath in the basement. It wouldn't stop running. I also knew my upstairs bathroom toilet handle would have needed to be replaced in the future. This is an old fixture and he found an old fixture in his car, to replace it with. He "fixed" it and it caused more problems. Main stack in basement was original from 1960s. <br /> Several workers came though the day the replacements were scheduled all very professional and nice. Each had specific duty, from taking out old stack to removing tile wall in bathroom. Work for 1st day was completed by 5pm. It was Christmas Eve, and they were able to come out and make repairs to the hot water heater, however they did not disclose all of the travel costs and fees before the work was done. <br />
Everything went very well. I really appreciated them being able to come over on the same day that we called. I will definitely use them again. <br />
