RecommendedThe staff was great and helped each other out without being asked. One of the back of the house employees actually came out and packaged my carry out order because the waitress was getting busy. I’ve been a restaurant manager for a good while I really don’t see that kind of service anymore.
Favorite Big Boy in the area, would recommend this location over Greenville!!

Waited 10mins to be seated waited another 15 for drinks. Mac n cheese was basically Kraft box Mac n cheese. The building needs a deep clean and ceiling tiles need replacing.
I ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger and it had no bacon
Food was cold and the service was not very prompt (even with them being extremely dead). As we were paying our bill at the register, the cashier had to yell to someone in the back to seat another couple was had been waiting to be seated. It was empty in there so no excuse for cold food and poor service
The food was fine. The waiter was fine. But you need to improve your service when it comes to check out. It wasn’t just us. I observed several people standing waiting at the register and waiting and waiting. One lady even finally left her money by the register and left. This wasn’t because the place was swamped or extra busy. It was about 2 pm and pretty empty.
