If it were possible to give negative stars I'd go around a -4 to -6 out of a -10/+10 score.... HORRID, to the point I didn't eat anything, French toast literally was soggy egg bread, there was nothing toasted about it. I should have know it was a bad Restaurant Decision by the looks of the very Un- energetic servers dressed in their dirty clothes from yesterday's shift, HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIFIC FOOD... a definite regret which will never happen again. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different local restaurant.

A couple years ago, we stopped eating at any Big Boys, because of poor service and a lot of menu items not available. Fast forward to today, we have been coming back the last few weeks and waa la, they are out of 2 dinner menu items. A. Why cant the management get their ordering together B. Why cant the cooks tell the waitresses, so they can tell the customer ? I gave it a 2 star, because the waitress was wonderful. If there is someplace else open, go there.

Seats not cleaned - very sticky - so my slacks and hands were very dirty - ordered a salad and chicken tenders - salad only had tomatoes- no onions - tenders never arrived....

My food was basically frozen, I had French toast with cinnamon apples and I could hardly bite into the apple. We had to ask other servers to refill our drinks because we couldn't find ours. We had to ask for silverware and get our own ketchup, they gave us an empty bottle of hot sauce. Overall the worst dining experience I've had. Will definitely not be going back.

Cedar Springs BB. Was there today and never again. Waitress was awful and they weren't busy at all. When mother in law sent her food back for being under cooked the assistant manager said, " in my opinion the food is cooked thourghly.". What happened to serving the customer? Mother in law ended up with pie that I can say they didn't charge her for but she would of rather had what she ordered cooked to her liking. Won't be going back.

Horrible experience! Paid $10 for two small strips of fish and chips and no cole slaw. My dad got a slim Jim sandwich (no fries) for $7 that looked like it was made on the heels of a bread loaf. The iced tea tasted like water. The salad bar was barely stocked. The restaurant was not clean. And how does Big Boy run out of hot fudge cakes???

Buffet bar was disgusting. I had chicken strips platter that came with hard cole slaw, soggy fries, 3 little thin chicken strips with hard breading, one strip was only a little chunk. Boyfriend had Slim Jim sandwich with onion rings. Rings had same hard breading and the onions were raw. Bread on sandwich was even hard.

Worst ever!!! I bit into a raw burger then they made me pay for the drink of pop I drank to rinse my mouth!!! Husband left half his meal (which we paid for) cuz my stomach was turning If you eat here make sure you have health insurance Never Again!!!!

I will never eat here again. Our food was not great. My fries were undercooked. My husband fish was mushy. Our food was not very hot and it was freezing in the restaurant so everything cooled off quickly. I was thinking of ordering a dessert but decided I just wanted to get out of there. Very disappointing.
