Service was good. Waitress was very nice. The food was awful though. It was all cold and tasted old. My daughter got a kids spaghetti that didn't even resemble food. The rest of us got big boys and fries. Was the worst I have ever had. We used to always stop there when we came to town, but think that was the last time.
Service wasn't great, inside was dirty. Ordered a side salad with my meal & didn't receive it. Asked waiter for it & still didn't get it. Boyfriend ordered burger without mushrooms & it came with mushrooms.Wouldn't recommend and will not be going again. This place has really gone down over the years.
Place was disgusting, dirty, and had a horrible smell. Bathrooms were nasty and dirty, and both toilets were clogged. Food was horrid and rancid. Widow looks like it's been broken for awhile. Bugs in light fixtures. Wouldn't recommend or ever go back.
Came in tonight for dessert and coffee, they were not busy at all. After getting coffee we could not get any servers attention to order dessert or get coffee refilled. The manager and I even made eye contact, I waved for her attention and was again ignored!! I'm not sure what everyone was so busy doing but we left money on the table for the coffees and left. We went there last night, and we were promptly seated. They were not very full at all. Maybe 4 tables. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. A waitress and I made eye contact. Then we still waited as she brought drinks to people who were seated after us. Then we still waited. I watched a different waitress ask if the table directly next to us wanted dessert. I ordered my meal without mushrooms and it had tons of them on there. I asked for it to be redone and the cook was not happy about it. She said I can eat it like it is or wait awhile for her to redo it. My husbands plate had old cheese on it. His country fried steak was not country fried steak. I was something that was a perfect circle swimming in grease. His meal was supposed to come with fried eggs, toast, and hash browns. He got mash potatoes with a dark brown gravy only. Our server started out nice and friendly, but ended up lieing to us. I asked if the buffet would be restocked, she said yes since there was still 30 minutes left of buffet time. So my son and I ordered the buffet. I understand that it takes time to make the food to put out so I got my son cottage cheese and myself some sausage and we waited and waited. Service was not great took 1hr for food to come out. When food was brought out not cooked properly fries and onion rings were hard. Food was cold. The bun to the burger was hard. You could not even eat the food you ordered. Came in with a small group was missing food items. Not happy with this experience.
Our family decided to go to this big boy because we were over in Greenville. I will never go again we waited 50 min to get our food. Our waiter was rude and could tell that he rather be anywhere but there, and wouldn't come refill our drinks when asked two time but then brought them when he finally decided to bring us our check after we had been done eating for about 20 just waiting for the check.
