This last visit, I was served rancid walnuts with shriveled, mushy blueberries. My husband and I have always enjoyed Big Boy in other towns we've lived in, but after giving it a few tries, we've decided it's no longer an option.
We are long time customers that won’t be returning. We stopped in this morning. After being told we couldn’t be seated in our preferred area, they tried seating us at 3 different dirty tables. And the bathroom was filthy. We are so disappointed to see our local Big Boy getting so run down!
Good food but I asked for a discount on the salad bar. I was surprised when the bill came to see it is $12.99. Entirely my fault for not checking the price, but I only had a small salad and half a bowl of soup, which was actually the reason I ordered the salad bar because I wasn't too hungry. I was told by the server the manager said he wouldn't discount it because I "ordered it and ate it even though it was a small amount so he's not going to discount it". my food came to me cold asked it to be reheated ,my husband was almost done with his meal and i had to go look for my food which was still in microwave and was told by my waitress let me know if you want it heated up again well it was still cold and husband was done eating asked for a box waited 20 min for box and had to ask someone diffrent to get box.no offer for refill on drinks and all this headache cost me 29.00. please bring back the older gentleman with ponytail things were tip top and food was good
The restaurant is so dirty! Window seals floors! Weeks worth of food pushed up around edges so nasty!

Well, place was dead walked in and got seated, waited over 15 minutes for our waiter to even ask us what we wanted to drink. Then we proceeded to order and they were literally out of everything we wanted and when we reordered they were out of that to. And it was a simple food waffles and biscuits and gravy, they had no biscuits, and no waffle mix! Are you nuts lol. And for a coffee and a small orange juice was 6 bucks. Crazy will never go back. And they were not short staffed
Waitress is definitely not trained for customer service
