No customer service at all. Just waited for 20 minutes to be seated with at least 6 other people in line behind me. Not one worker communicated with us as to how long we would be waiting or if we were ever going to be seated. Three families left just while I was standing there, then I did. Won’t be coming back.

Got the Fisherman Sampler and was looking forward to some clams. When my food came out no clams but extra shrimp. When I asked the waiter, he had no idea and went back to asked. That was when they told him they were out of clams. It would of been nice if they told him that ahead of time, so he could of told me that. I would of ordered something else but instead I got no clams and extra shrimp, which is my least favorite. Probably won't eat there again.

The worse service & food I've gotten here ever. Complained to the Manager who was rude and obnoxious. Pigsty.

Worse experience ive had at a big boy. I ordered pork chops was informed those werent unthawed so i switched the order to a country fried steak figured thatd be the one and only issue with the meal tonight but i was wrong. They then informed me they were out of texas toast and asked if garlic bread would be ok. Their garlic bread was like a toasted sub bun with garlic powder poured on it the bottom still very soggy like a sub bun. We went there last night, and we were promptly seated. They were not very full at all. Maybe 4 tables. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. A waitress and I made eye contact. Then we still waited as she brought drinks to people who were seated after us. Then we still waited. I watched a different waitress ask if the table directly next to us wanted dessert. We didn't get fries like we ordered, the onion rings were soggy and disgusting. The waitress got us new ones but they were just as bad. She seemed annoyed because we complained so we didn't say anything else to her. Side salad and cottage cheese came out right before the food because she had to fix the computers. Buns were soggy on the burgers. Horrible experience

my fires where brunt, salad bar everything was brown and gross, and my grandpas soup was cold. horrible service! won't go back there again!

We have eaten at big boy several times and have had great service and food. We stopped in last night at 8:30 PM was seated at a table sat there over 20 minutes without any service. There were people cleaning and everyone seemed more concerned about getting out at 10. We ended up leaving and I don’t even think they knew we left. There was a couple trying to check out as we sat there and it took them a while to even get their bill. I think we could have robbed the store blind last night no one would’ve noticed.
