The actual building for the restaurant is nice. It has an open atmosphere but it needs to be cleaned. Our experience: We were seated very quickly. 5+ minutes (closer to 10) I asked someone bussing tables if they could find our waiter. We were sent someone a few minutes later to take our drink order. Big Boy used to be a great place to eat. My last experience there will be my last. The dishes & silverware were dirty. The highchair that my granddaughter sat in had crusty oatmeal left on it. We didn't notice until she put it in her mouth. I ordered chili. It looked and tasted like the cheap stuff you get out of a can. It had been microwaved and they gave it to me with skin on it and barely warm. If they had to microwave it, they could've at least put it in a different bowl. Who's teaching the staff here? All of the food we got was cold, and the bacon comes out like it's been cooked in a large batch and then left sitting there. Their sidewalks were very snowy and icy, they hadn't shoveled them and we witnessed a lady fall on them while carrying her toddler. When we notified a shift leader inside that this had happened they didn't seem to care or take any action.

Went there for lunch with husband and daughter. It was awful. Service was nonexistent. Salad, soup, and fruit bar LOL. Salad choices weren't terrible. Dressings not my fav. What happened to having Italian and Norma ranch for dressing. But fruit?? Half slices of pineapple and cantaloupe. That's all. Soup was okay. Potato bar- now that's where I really lost it. I stopped for breakfast buffet in a hurry. Very average. Scrambled eggs seemed to be from powdered eggs. Waffles were probably the best thing.

Wife and I ate there tonight, @ 4:30pm. She ordered Fish & Chips - me, Seafood Platter. Fish Platter cost $9 something. Her 2 fish, 1.5 x 3.5 inches, were drenched with grease, seriously. If you remove the crust fish didn't taste bad, crust on, you could taste the old cooking oil. Fries were hot, fried hard/brownish, chewy and she believes cooked in the fish oil. Worse place to eat at! I'm being serious when I say worse place!!! The food probably could have been good but the waitress just stands around and looks confused like she doesn't know what to do. By the time we received our food it was cold and gross. If you ask for refills or any type of refill she looks at you like she's upset that you asked her for something. We just decided to not go back. The food here, cold or hot is gross. I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business.

Not impressed at all! Waitress was rude, my waffle was cold, my moms biscuits & gravy sauce tasted like it was old not warm either & my dad said its always this way. Not going back anytime soon! Also it's expensive for what you get!

Been several years since my last visit here. 10.00 bucks for a salad, that's outrageous. Waitresses are very rude an meals are slim Pickens.
