We went for the first time tonight. The place was bright and clean once inside. Employees were masked up, even though customers did not have to be. There were only 1-3 other customers while we were in there from 5:10-5:50 pm. We were greeted immediately, the greeter and our waitress were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had a BOGO coupon from the Out on The Town book. our server nicki was very attentive with lots of personality! the place was pretty clean for the most part. and the ceaser salad was definitely one of the best i've had ! it came w some scrumptious pita bread. unfortunately they were out of the zesty tortilla soup. overall good time !

I personally really enjoyed their fries and chicken sandwich, the crust was pretty tangy and I liked that, it could use more pickles though. Although this place deserves a 5 star rating.

I was so excited to see this restaurant again. I remember it during my teen years on Apple Avenue, Muskegon. We stopped in this morning to give it try. The problem that I see, is it is hard to determine if they are open. The tinted windows are dark and this makes it difficult to see in. Went a couple weeks ago. Got the Slim Jim, one of my favorites. Excellent. Nice and clean. I felt like they were safe as far as Covid goes. I'm so happy to have a Big Boy in town again!

Our first time here! They are not open for sit down at the moment but we're providing takeout service. We were greeted right when we walked in the door and the person was so nice. She told us someone would be right with us to take our order, it wouldn't be her because she was off for the day, but she would make sure someone took care of us. Erica came over within two minutes and took our order. She had a friendly and warm way about her, even while wearing a mask. Don't expect Big Boy to be around long. We did not come here with bad expectations. Upon reviewing the menu on line my wife was thinking we may have found a new place to frequent. Far from the case..... Food- totally burnt bacon, cold meals says to me that food here is an afterthought. Service- forgotten or ignored requests are numerous. First off I want to say it was 5:30pm and the place was empty so the slow service was unacceptable but if that was the only issue I least would have been okay however it was not It was the worst food I have had in Muskegon in a very long time.
