Okay service. The pancakes and french toast were only warm. We asked for butter, which was forgotten by the server......finally went to the counter to get it. It's understandable why they were not busy.
Boy what a disappointment this was. We ordered a bowl of chili. The bowl was half full and there was no liquid in it. You couldn't even mix crackers in it. It was room temperature. Also our fries were room temperature. There were only two other tables with customers when we were there at 1:30 p.m. Talk about people not even caring to microwave the food, this is sad. The only reason this got two stars was club was OK. That was OK that it was room temperature.
Big Boy has been a Michigan Icon for as long as I can remember. Sadly this site continues to disappoint. Tried to go there at 7 pm tonight, doors were locked and there were diners inside, staff was leaning against the counter in the back. Oh, the nice sign on the door said, hours 8am to 8pm, then a paper sign on the door says, 10am to 8 pm. I am all for supporting local businesses, but come on, you have to help us out here! Giving up on this place.
I was really excited to try the new big boy. However I was disappointed by lackluster food. I should've just gone to the Golden arches next door.
I was excited to try the new big boy in town. Got the super big boy to go. When I got home I was not excited. The big boy s supposed to have four patties. The promo pics look great, but my burger had was nothing like the picture. My patties were incredibly skinny and flat and burnt. This was the worst bug boy burger ever. I could've gotten better patties at McDonalds.
