The food was amazing but I had to take awhile to eat the cookies and cream hotcakes Becuaee there were so many, the service was amazing the waiter was fine nothing wrong, and the restaurant looked amazing super clean great for Father's Day.

i go here frequently and usually everything goes well. It's never very loud and it's very spacious. Service is usually good, and food is fine. Today however they forgot to bring our appetizer and rather brought it out with all our other food. They did appologize and take some money off. I do wanna add that we did find a fly in our salad.
our waitress was amazing - her name is Vivian and if you visit this Big Boy I hope you get Vivian because was is super sweet and thorough with orders. She made our experience awesome at this Big Boy

Went in this afternoon for dinner and left happier than ever. The service was amazing, the girls were helpful and kind. The food was amazing. Saw the general manager taking care of the store and cleaning the bathrooms.Such an amazing experience!!!!!!!
We went this morning for breakfast and was delicious! farmers omelet was very filling and they topped up coffee and hot water for tea without having to ask them to. Waitress was very friendly!!
Under new management (thank god). Food and service are both vastly improved over last couple months. Also working on cleaning the place up after some neglect over years.

Google says breakfast buffet. Restaurant says they open at 7 but buffet doesn't start till 8:30 on Saturday. Waitress/cashier were not on top of things and always doing something else. Frustration on my part. Maybe they need more (or different) help.
Stopped by for a classic Big Boy and they nailed it. Hard to find a good Big boy nowadays.
