Rich, our sales rep, was very friendly and informative. All of the guys who showed up from the company (Jorge, George, Roger, et al) were polite and efficient. Big Bully went over and above to make sure the work was done correctly and it looks great.
Great company from start to finish! I waited to post this review to make sure they didn't disappear after the job was done like some companies do, was happy they kept to their word. I gotta give a large amount of the praise to Jackson, he was super communicative from the start, even when running late, which we appreciated. We just had turf and pavers installed and we could not be happier. Every single person we interacted with was prompt and professional. The pricing was great and the installers were fast and effective. Just the best overall experience possible. 100000% would recommend. Big Bully Turf is incredible! I've wanted to do something to my yard for a while now, and I stumbled upon them at the Arizona Bridal Expo. I was convinced by my sister and mom to get a consultation. Sean came out to measure my space and listen to what I wanted. He was very thorough in his design, and gave me a sketch of the area that I love. So far, Big Bully Turf has been great to work with, keeping me informed through each step and making sure I'm comfortable in my decisions.

I cannot describe what a phenomenal experience I had with getting turf installed by Big Bully Turf. From the start, Andy was friendly and professional. I have dogs, so I was very concerned and had numerous questions. He answered every one of my questions with regard to heat in summer on the dog's paws, urine odor, weed prevention, and upkeep.
