Rich and his team were amazing! I shared with him my vision and he made it happen. My yard looks so much bigger and my dogs absolutely love it.
Just finished another large commercial job with Big Bully Turf here in Phoenix, Arizona Wes my contact from start to finish is probably the most professional individual. I've worked with in a very, very long time. He has excellent communication from the beginning to the end and then he follows up to make sure everything is 100% correct I would highly recommend Big Bully Turf and I would highly highly recommend Wes as your contact you won't be disappointed
Thanks to Big Bully Turf and Rich Tausinga for making our backyard green again. Im excited to have green grass year round. They did an amazing job and have created that eye appeal to our backyard. I would highly recommend them.
We've delayed our review for so long because we've honestly been enjoying the space so much. Rich and his team were hands on, always available, and truly enjoyable to work with from start to finish. They thoroughly explained each step and what was taking place throughout the job. They work clean and weren't a distrubance at all to the house or our neighbors. (Actually, their work was so impressive that they were approached often by nosy neighbors and the crew were real ones keeping the project mysterious and enticing!) Rich ... read more
I highly recommend Big Bully Turf! Rich Tusinga who was our sales manager and took care of us gave us great customer service and made sure that the workers who installed it did a great great job! Very courteous, helpful & respectful! It's beautiful and pet friendly and we are really happy with it. He even came back and moved some old turf that we had into another part of our backyard for free. He went above & beyond! Also all of the installers were very courteous , respectful friendly & hard working! I highly recommend Big ... read more

We recently had artificial turf put in our backyard in Peoria, Arizona by Big Bully Turf. We were very pleased from the start to finish we requested a quote on Facebook and our salesman Rich was quick to respond with great communication through the process he also explain thoroughly to us what the installers would be doing. Our installers were very professional and they were very careful with my existing yard art while performing the installation. I couldn't be more pleased with their installation crew thank you. Rich, our sales rep, was very friendly and informative. All of the guys who showed up from the company (Jorge, George, Roger, et al) were polite and efficient. Big Bully went over and above to make sure the work was done correctly and it looks great.
