We've delayed our review for so long because we've honestly been enjoying the space so much. Rich and his team were hands on, always available, and truly enjoyable to work with from start to finish. They thoroughly explained each step and what was taking place throughout the job. They work clean and weren't a distrubance at all to the house or our neighbors. I highly recommend Big Bully Turf! Rich Tusinga who was our sales manager and took care of us gave us great customer service and made sure that the workers who installed it did a great great job! Very courteous, helpful & respectful! It's beautiful and pet friendly and we are really happy with it. He even came back and moved some old turf that we had into another part of our backyard for free. He went above & beyond! Rich, our sales rep, was very friendly and informative. All of the guys who showed up from the company (Jorge, George, Roger, et al) were polite and efficient. Big Bully went over and above to make sure the work was done correctly and it looks great.
Great company from start to finish! I waited to post this review to make sure they didn't disappear after the job was done like some companies do, was happy they kept to their word. I gotta give a large amount of the praise to Jackson, he was super communicative from the start, even when running late, which we appreciated. We just had turf and pavers installed and we could not be happier. Every single person we interacted with was prompt and professional. The pricing was great and the installers were fast and effective. Just the best overall experience possible. 100000% would recommend.
