We are ver excited to share that we have scheduled installation of Big Bully Turf in our backyard. Todd came out with turf samples and helped us to understand how Big Bull Turf is superior to other types of turf in terms of quality, durability, installation, and maintenance. Our dogs approved and made the final color selection.

I had 5 companies over to quote me on artificial turf, but after meeting with Jefferson at Big Bully Turf it was easy to see their product was the best and would last the longest. I wanted turf for my kids to be able to spend more time outside. Jefferson was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to understand my needs and let me ask questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Big bully turf was a nightmare, the crew working on my yard didn't communicate at all with the man who was the 1 I was dealing with. They deliberately killed my sprinkler system by cutting the wires instead of removing the wire nuts. They cut the wires controlling the sprinklers in the back yard. They were supposed to cap the sprinkler line in the front because thats where the turf was putt down. They didn't, water was coming up through the blocks on the front patio. A year ago, I had bulldog turf installed, I have not seen them or heard from them ,since installation. They did not even show up to inspect the installation. I called this morning but they did not answer their phones.They promised me a lot, but have done absolutely nothing.They probably don't even know I am a customer.

I was about to throw out my file on this, but felt I needed to warn others before. Bottom line, deal with a local company, not a management-heavy, worker-light California company. Extremely disappointed with BBT's customer service. When I reached out they refused to give any sort of estimate without sending someone to my house - this should've been enough of a red flag. I discussed getting a quote and was VERY clear multiple times about my budget and not wanting to waste anyone's time. I gave specific measurements, paver type, turf type, etc --- and they assured me they were in the $4.25/sf price range installed for my project. So big bully did turf in my front yard, way over priced, the guy deliberately sabotaged my sprinkler system, they did not put enough filler to hide the seams, getting them to even return my calls falls on deaf ears. BUYER BEWARE Our project started out later than expected (partly due to HOA approval) but we were told it would take a week to complete. I have tried to get a quote and they keep telling me that they don't have any service up in my area but they advertise as the #1 installer in my area, so deceptive practice and false advertising is what this company specializes in, I would avoid this company like the plague and find a reputable company to do business with.
