I cannot describe what a phenomenal experience I had with getting turf installed by Big Bully Turf. From the start, Andy was friendly and professional. I have dogs, so I was very concerned and had numerous questions. He answered every one of my questions with regard to heat in summer on the dog's paws, urine odor, weed prevention, and upkeep. I had a certain aesthetic look I wanted with the hardscape aspect (pavers) and they allowed me to purchase my own materials and were happy to do the cutouts and border edging that | pro... read more
Andy at Big Bully Turf was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. He took the time to explain all of our options and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The turf looks incredible--high quality, clean installation, and completely transformed our yard. If you're thinking about turf, Andy is your guy. You won't be disappointed!
Began a search for my son's backyard. He wanted to replace the pavers with Turf. Found the best options available from BIG BULLY TURF! Sean Raymond, one of the Designers, was very impressive, kind, and patient with us, as we had a ton of questions! This is the Company to go with, for many reasons, including their use and knowledge of advanced technology! Their products eliminate pet odors and look 100% natural! Just signed a Contract with them and just know that Sean's snazzy design will make a huge difference in bot... read more

We are ver excited to share that we have scheduled installation of Big Bully Turf in our backyard. Todd came out with turf samples and helped us to understand how Big Bull Turf is superior to other types of turf in terms of quality, durability, installation, and maintenance. Our dogs approved and made the final color selection.

I had 5 companies over to quote me on artificial turf, but after meeting with Jefferson at Big Bully Turf it was easy to see their product was the best and would last the longest. I wanted turf for my kids to be able to spend more time outside. Jefferson was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to understand my needs and let me ask questions. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
Business response:

I was looking for a high quality artificial turf for my yard area for pets. After seeing the product offered by Big Bully, I decided to go with their product. I could not be more pleased. The area is small but they did a fantastic job. It is beautiful.
I made an appointment for 9/28/26 for a estimate the gentleman was very helpful answering all the questions my husband and I had we discussed different options and selected what was best for us however I would contact him the following day which I did and this is when all communication went away. I asked additional questions and ideas my husband and I had and was informed he didn't take measurements of the section we had questions on which I thought he had since he took measurements of the entire turf we are replacing he as... read more
