Food is good,, service is terrible. Took the staff about 15 minutes to decide who our waiter/waitress was going to be, once they made up their mind, it all went down hill from there. We ordered our food and drinks, food was served in about 20 minutes, the waitress didn't bring our drinks so I asked her if we could get our drinks. From the waitress to the food. Everything was horrible! Waitress was beyond RUDE! The food was so salty! The wings were salty! The ranch was watered down! The mac n cheese sticks had absolutely no flavor! The potato wedges taste like pure oil! We spent over $150 here for nasty food! I do not recommend this place! Do yourself a favor save your money and go to a known wings place because this place is not it!

The food is pretty good, and honestly that is the only reason why we continuously visited in hopes that one day the service would be there. The service is absolutely not good! There is one waitress there who is decent but beyond that they are worthless. Today during our visit I was tired of not saying anything so I did. Spoke to a manager who informed me that they have spoken to their higher ups and told them change needs to happen. Subpar in almost every way. Highest prices of any wing restaurant or sports bar. Good was not as good as most sports bars, just meh at best. And we went to watch the college bowl games and all of the TV's were muted and they were playing loud music instead. Honestly, at the end of it all, it was just a poor experience and none of the good impressed in any way. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. That is really the only up side of our experience.

I'm going to do 1star only because of the worker the appetizers are good! But all in all the service is horrible !!! This place haven't even been open that long for the servers to have such nasty attitude every single time I come here we get sat at a table and have to wait 10 minutes if not longer the server with the red hair has a nasty attitude!!! Sorry but I spent a lot of money on my order just to receive feathers on my wings.Can't do the feathers hidden under the sauce. I threw the order away in my trash can.

Not only I was upset for having to repeat about my order many times. At the time of picking it up it was the wrong order. And still had wait because they wouldn't let me take what was already made. I had to wait longer. No apologies were given not even from the manager on duty. I felt so In respectful from their side. I am definitely not coming back to this place that is practically a mile from my house. bad customer services

Came in here with kids on 8/24 at 1PM to catch the Astros game. No one was in the front waited a bit and no one came to greet or sit us so we walked to a table since there was a waitress training another server next to it. They saw us but did not acknowledge us. Flavor was good, but very overpriced. Steve Cook the manager argued about the prices. Which is crazy as I was just asking about the price. The Tuesday deal of buy one get one for bone in or boneless wings is incorrect. You pay the bone in price whether you get boneless or not, which is more expensive. They also charge for the sauce, veggies, etc.
