Came in here with kids on 8/24 at 1PM to catch the Astros game. No one was in the front waited a bit and no one came to greet or sit us so we walked to a table since there was a waitress training another server next to it. They saw us but did not acknowledge us. Flavor was good, but very overpriced. Steve Cook the manager argued about the prices. Which is crazy as I was just asking about the price. The Tuesday deal of buy one get one for bone in or boneless wings is incorrect. You pay the bone in price whether you get boneless or not, which is more expensive. They also charge for the sauce, veggies, etc.

This was our go-to wing place since we found it a few months ago. It has gone downhill considerably each time we ate here. There is no care or interest in turning out good food. The wings are soggy and under flavored. The appetizers have suffered as well. I would be able to overlook this if the service and cleanliness wasn't the main issue. Odd vibes from the beginning. Not sure what his title is (maybe manager or supervisor) was standing at the podium (there was about 8-10 tables occupied so not busy at all) and didn't even acknowledge us or the group in front of us. He eventually sat the group before us, walked back to the podium, again not saying a word or even looking at us (about 10 more seconds I was ready to walk out) he then looks up and asks "how many" instead of greeting us or straight up saying "I'm so sorry folks, I'm still trying to get my bearings... read more

This ain't it bro, this ain't it. As far as our to go lemon pepper wings and hot wings as well as the fries...., horrible so soggy and cold and the stench of the wings were atrocious 12pm @ 6-22-23.. wing stop be a whole lot better and that's a tough one to say..

Ordered 20 bone in wings, half garlic Parmesan half spicy ranch lemon pepper, with fried Mac & cheese. The garlic parm were ok, not fried to my liking (crispy). Mac & cheese sticks had 0 flavor, & the spicy ranch lemon pepper did taste like much either. We had to bring them home & toss them in wing sauce we had here just to eat them. Will not be back.

My experience dining in was great. Myranda was awesome and attentive. Even the playlist was nice. I tried Spicy Ranch Lemon pepper wings for the first time and loved them. I ordered extra to take Togo. Imagine my surprise when I was letting my brother sample them and he said they were regular lemon pepper!!! No problem. It was probably a mix up in the kitchen. The only positive was how fast food came out, the servers where horribly rude, our server ignored us practically the whole evening. We flagged another server down for refills or to even get our server, she huffed and stated we weren't her table there's nothing she could do for us. We legitimately just needed a water refill. Went in to place a to go order, waited at the bar and ordered an Old Fashioned, it was not done right, the best part of the drink was the orange slice. Had ordered the boneless wing, they we're good. That's about were that ended. I had ordered waffle fries, were not in the order, no celery or carrots. Had also ordered a chicken salad with ranch on the side, but they're had added some type of dill sauce in the salad, my wife could not finish it. That is over $50, expected a lot better. We were disappointed!
