The best big city wings I've been to yet, impeccable service and nice atmosphere! Makayla was an amazing bartender and waitress
Delicious food and amazing service!!! Everyone is so friendly and checks on you often. Got the spicy bbq, spicy ranch lemon pepper, and mango habanero with waffle fries. Also fried Oreos which was scrumptious! Double boneless wings Thursday also amazing!
Disappointed Sad but there is a reason this place is dead on a Friday night. The employees are just going through the motions, which is a management & owner problem. The Bone-in wings are mediocre at best, nuggets are better and they have some good flavors unless you want anything spicy. Suggest lowering the prices to attract more customers. I will not be in a hurry to come back.

Regularly went for bogo wings with the hubby. The last few times when we went it hasn't been busy but waited 10+ minutes to be served. The final time we went we waited 25 minutes and still were not greeted or served. Unfortunately will not be coming back. Too many chances.

I like Big City Wings, but this location didn't do well when we ordered from here. They gave our carryout order away to another customer. We waited an additional 15 minutes to remake our order. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for fried wings. Crazy. Then we arrived home, we discovered that they didn't give us french fries with our wing baskets. I can't believe they do not have an expo that verifies that the order is correct. Especially a mess up order.
Seems most of positive reviews also mention alcohol so makes me think they were too drunk to know the food is mediocre at best. Granted, I had a hamburger at a wing place but man was it bad. Undercooked raw patty that tasted like it was grilled on a dirty grill and caked with gristle.
We waited for 20 minutes on a Tuesday night, when It wasn't busy at all, and we didn't even have a server look at us, this is absolutely ridiculous, we left and will not be coming back to this unprofessional establishment.
My wings were really good! I went on $5 Rita night & honestly my margarita was kinda nasty. It had like this certain type of taste i have never tasted nothing like that before. The service was bad, we kept having to ask her waiter to get us a Togo box, she walked past her atleast 10 times. She brought our ticket & never got me a Togo box , i eventually just wrapped my chicken & left cause we had already been waiting over 30 mins for her to just bring the ticket and the Togo.
25 mins went by and they didn't come to get our order not even ask what we wanted to drink we had to talk to the manager because they js looked at us and they didn't come to take the order but after everything the food was pretty good honestly .
