Big City Wings is Houston's Wing Joint! We opened our first location in 2015 and are now 13 locations strong, with 1 more on the way! There are TVs everywhere to watch your favorite game, and our menu is so vast that there is something for everyone! We feature daily specials and a Happy Hour from 3 pm-6:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Come in and experience the Big City Wing treatment.

The food... well we wanted bone in wing special! and the only thing they had on special were boneless chicken nuggets.
If I could leave NO STARS I would. My daughter placed a pick up order for me for tonight's at 6:34 We were given a timeframe of 15-17 minutes for pick up which is pretty standard.... Everything went downhill upon arrival. When I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:55 I was told first there was no record of the order and was asked if I sure it was this location. This was our first time visiting and we were hoping to love it. We never even got to order our food. We were seated promptly but then sat there for almost 20 minutes without a single person coming to our table. It was fairly busy and saw maybe 3-4 servers attending other tables. We tried to flag someone over but after waiting that long and not even getting our drink order in we decided to leave.
Sam the ceo is doing horrible shhhhhhty job. Manager no greet , cleaning table , don't communicate. , other people got served after we came in. Will never return to any of your chain.
Food is good,, service is terrible. Took the staff about 15 minutes to decide who our waiter/waitress was going to be, once they made up their mind, it all went down hill from there. We ordered our food and drinks, food was served in about 20 minutes, the waitress didn't bring our drinks so I asked her if we could get our drinks. From the waitress to the food. Everything was horrible! Waitress was beyond RUDE! The food was so salty! The wings were salty! The ranch was watered down! The mac n cheese sticks had absolutely no flavor! The potato wedges taste like pure oil! We spent over $150 here for nasty food! I do not recommend this place! Do yourself a favor save your money and go to a known wings place because this place is not it!
The food is pretty good, and honestly that is the only reason why we continuously visited in hopes that one day the service would be there. The service is absolutely not good! There is one waitress there who is decent but beyond that they are worthless. Today during our visit I was tired of not saying anything so I did. Spoke to a manager who informed me that they have spoken to their higher ups and told them change needs to happen.
