We waited for 20 minutes on a Tuesday night, when It wasn't busy at all, and we didn't even have a server look at us, this is absolutely ridiculous, we left and will not be coming back to this unprofessional establishment.
My wings were really good! I went on $5 Rita night & honestly my margarita was kinda nasty. It had like this certain type of taste i have never tasted nothing like that before. The service was bad, we kept having to ask her waiter to get us a Togo box, she walked past her atleast 10 times. She brought our ticket & never got me a Togo box , i eventually just wrapped my chicken & left cause we had already been waiting over 30 mins for her to just bring the ticket and the Togo.
25 mins went by and they didn't come to get our order not even ask what we wanted to drink we had to talk to the manager because they js looked at us and they didn't come to take the order but after everything the food was pretty good honestly .
way over crowded definitely over capacity limit. my thighs were smashed into the people sitting next to me!!! awful ambiance! the ambiance was unexsistent thats how bad this place was crammed!!got several orders wrong. rude waitress she hated me and showed it. took like a entire hour for my food to come out!!! randomly decided to turn up whatever game was on louder than everything and everyone in the restaurant i couldn't hear the person across from me!!! the waitress sassily assured us it was indeed our fault because they b... read more

The food... well we wanted bone in wing special! and the only thing they had on special were boneless chicken nuggets.
If I could leave NO STARS I would. My daughter placed a pick up order for me for tonight's at 6:34 We were given a timeframe of 15-17 minutes for pick up which is pretty standard.... Everything went downhill upon arrival. When I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 6:55 I was told first there was no record of the order and was asked if I sure it was this location. This was our first time visiting and we were hoping to love it. We never even got to order our food. We were seated promptly but then sat there for almost 20 minutes without a single person coming to our table. It was fairly busy and saw maybe 3-4 servers attending other tables. We tried to flag someone over but after waiting that long and not even getting our drink order in we decided to leave.
Sam the ceo is doing horrible shhhhhhty job. Manager no greet , cleaning table , don't communicate. , other people got served after we came in. Will never return to any of your chain.
