Great sales rep, the installation team was friendly and efficient, the office staff were great about dealing with all the paperwork and organizing inspections with the county. It was a great experience and now I have solar on my house!

The first company that came out and initially installed our solar was horrible. It took them a year to get it done. They literally forgot to submit our plans to get the system approved for 3 months. Working with big dog was awesome. Their service was prompt and professional. There assessments and estimates were accurate. Their employees were kind knowledgeable and clean.

Once we did all the paperwork and got the approval from the HOA the team had the panels set up in very short amount of time, so they also did a very good job. Overall very good.

Big Dog took care of the plans, and installation. They acquired all the permits and kept me updated at every stage. A miscommunication that led to a needed change in layout was quickly addressed. The final product is producing well.

We were always treated with respect and cheerfulness. Easy install and they are working very well. Keeping snow off was tough during the biggest snowfall year ever but very worth the effort with savings achieved.
