Great customer service and communication. Installation had a few hiccups. I had to cleanup a few small messes after the installers and one of the installers did not follow the original site plan. The latter issue was resolved super well. We're now enjoying solar power. I would recommend big dog solar.

Excellent service and friendly, helpful people. The only problems I have had were long wait times for permits and subsequent work to start. Also, the battery that was installed did not work when the system was turned on. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a replacement and have not gotten an update on ETA yet.
