Install was quickly done in May, but we lost the entire month of June to back and forth inspections. System was turned on July 7, but we did not know it was until my husband happened to see it turned on. Nobody told us!!!

Very in-touch company; we felt heard and supported through the whole process from financing to install and follow-up. My wife and I would use them again on future projects/ upgrades. Our solar production is already putting us ahead financially and has us becoming more proactive about other ways we can green up our home energy usage--best financial decision of 2023!
From the salesman to the final handshake from the installers, I have nothing but positive things to report. The salesman was very knowledgeable, the office staff kept me informed with both phone calls and e mails on progress with the permitting process. The installers were great, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Overall Big Dog Solar did great. I had an existing solar panel get damaged and needed replaced. The support team for existing systems was difficult to get in touch with. Once I was able to get in touch with them, they found a replacement panel and fixed the issue in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the process and were upfront with me about all costs.
