Called right away, He came on time, called before coming. Very professional. Stated what he was going to do and how long it would take. Very satisfied with workmanship. Finished product excellent.

Bill completely repointed one entire wall of the house and the chimney stack, and made numerous repairs to bad spots on the other walls - exactly as I had requested. His crew was extremely careful around plantings and patio area, and left the area spotless. An excellent value and all-over good experience. I would recommend Bill highly!
