After contacting Bill Keown by phone he was out on the job site sooner than I would have expected. He was polite, professional & educated in his field. His bid came in the lowest, however, this is not why we chose him. He was informative & offered us a few different options on the repair which allowed us to make a better decision that saved us money in the long run. Bill, himself, came out the day I contacted him to give me an estimate for this job. He was very reasonably priced and very professional. His worker came out on a weekend and repaired my chimney. We are VERY satisfied with the job and would recommend him to others.

Bill responded quickly to my initial call. He came out right away to give an estimate. He came over wtih two other men a few days later to do the job on a Sunday no less. His cost appeared reasonable and he showed me the work he completed prior to leaving the job. I would recommend him highly and will have him back the next time I need masonary work.

Bill put a lot of effort into this job to make it look like work he would want his name associated with. This was a repair job that another pointer totally messed up. The pointing work now looks first rate. You can't go wrong if you hire Bill.

Someone dipped a brush in a cement slurry and wiped it on the whole house.This man was in tears!.He said his elderly mother had passed and he just wanted to fix up the house so a new family could enjoy it.Full on brick restoration and the place looks great.

bill advised us of a problem with the roof when he started to finish the work on the back of the house. we had the roof repaired & bill returned to finished the job on the back of the house. i felt he was honest with us because some contractors would not advise people if problems come up while doing the job they were hired to do & just continue to their job.

Bill made sure that I was aware of everything that he was doing. I got an update everyday. He showed up when he said he would and made sure that he cleaned up when he was done. The job was excellent. My neighbors also commented on how good the house looks. I would highly recommend Bill Keown and would use his services again.
