Bill is Very Professional and an expert, experienced craftsman. Would recommend his work to anyone.
Bill did the work when he said he would and did a nice job.
That Bill showed on the scheduled day and time, and was straight forward with any questions and concerns about the job.
Bill replied to the request immediately. He came out to our house on a Saturday to estimate the work and returned on Monday to do the work. Very prompt and neat work.

Bill was excellent. I'm sure my job was not a ideal one for him and our schedules did not match up right away but he stuck in there and was prompt and professional each time he came out. I had a small chimey patch job for a rental property so finding a contractor to take on a small job was half the battle. Bill stepped up though. Bill went above and beyond. He went the extra mile and did things that weren't included in the contract. The job was done quickly with no problems and he even showed up on a Sunday to make sure that the rain that day wasn't causing a problem where he had dug up around the foundation. R Maile
