Being a first time home buyer, the process was overwhelming to say the least. The back and forth between myself and the underwriter was the most frustrating of all. In the future with what I've learned and being able to navigate the obstacles which held things up, will make for a much better experience. All in all it was a learning process and I appreciate all the help in which I received from the staff and look forward to our next buying process!

I'm sure that Bill McDonald is working with dozens of customers at any given time - but each time I called, texted, or emailed, the response I got made me think I was the most important client he had. Bill was patient in explaining the loan processes to me - I needed education on lots of the basics. And I'm POSITIVE that he was guiding me towards decisions that were best for me and my family - not necessarily what would benefit him the most.
