This was the second company I applied with. The first one was a very unpleasant experience. Poor communication, misleading, and poor customer service. Bill McDonald was very professional and friendly with a great sense of humor, which helped the whole process be less stressful, as we were in the middle of selling our residence at previous address. Christine Schrader kept the ball rolling making sure every document was timely with needed signatures.
