Everything you guys have done was very professional. The part that impressed me the most was your guys’ response time. With record sales going on right now because I know I’m not the only one buying a home you guys always was able to reach out when I need some information. The videos you guys sent me through email was very helpful in many ways. I know now how stressful it is to buy a home now but thanks to you guys you made it as easy as possible for me.

We missed our closing date because the mortgage wasn't finished in time. I had to call the title company to find out we weren't going to close on time. One time I called I didn't get a return phone call. Nobody called me to tell me we were in tidewater on the buyer's VA loan. The loan closed. From the listing agent's perspective, more communication would have been appreciated.
