Bill and his staff were very professional and hard working. They accommodated me and my very old lap top to make my home buying happen smoothly. Fantastic staff.
We missed our closing date because the mortgage wasn't finished in time. I had to call the title company to find out we weren't going to close on time. One time I called I didn't get a return phone call. Nobody called me to tell me we were in tidewater on the buyer's VA loan. The loan closed. From the listing agent's perspective, more communication would have been appreciated.
