If you want to be kept in the loop at all points in your loan process, this is the Team! Bill also emailed several short videos that were highly informative about a particular step in the process. Well worth watching, and another example of the many tools this team uses to keep you informed about where your loan is at. I was thrilled with the entire experience and am loving my new home.
